The Ideal Coaching Client
People who want to achieve more of what is right for them, more easily and less expensively, are finding out how useful a coach can be. If there is an ideal client – and there are many – I would define him or her by the following:?
WHAT THEY DO: They are creative entrepreneurs, corporate executives, managers, and sales professionals. They love their work and want a fun, easy, and effortless life.
WHAT THEY ARE UP TO: They are successful and want a balanced life. They are excited about trying new things and have a strong desire to grow, expanding their horizons. They enjoy saying NO to STRESS.
WHO THEY ARE: They have high ethical standards and tell the truth. They have humor and are not afraid to be silly. They are grounded and are seekers of knowledge and wisdom. They are intelligent and have a positive attitude. They are up to something big.
HOW THEY RESPOND TO ME: They trust me. They laugh with me and play during our calls. They try new ideas effortlessly and share their victories with me. They let me know how coaching has improved their lives. They are open to new possibilities and face their fears. They tell all their friends about me and how they feel like winners by working with me.
HOW I RESPOND TO THEM: We develop a rapport and engage one another in exciting dialog. I am energized! I have fun and look forward to our calls. Coaching is effortless for me, and I learn from them as they learn from me.
