1. Lack of self-care. Pursue a Passionate Path of Self-Care. Head to toe, nurture and nourish yourself
2. Toxic People or Situations. Get rid of the human vampires. Avoid contact with people who are energy drains. Uncluttered.
3. Feeling function out of whack/balance. Learn to ask for what you want. Get in touch with that inner playmate. Get help and support.
4. Time pressures. Learn to structure and harness time and energy. Schedule time for the things and special people in your life.
5. Dulling your senses. Reach out for help. Don’t suffer in silence. Remember all things in moderation.
6. Saying Yes when you mean No. –No is the first word you learned when you were two. Use it!
